Prince Nugzar is the son of Prince (1920–1984), a prominent poet and Head of the Georgian dynasty from 1939 until his death, and his second wife Liya Mgeladze.

The humanitarian efforts of Princess Ana have met with cooperation from members of the governments of Georgia and the Autonomous Republic of Abkhazia

Princess Irine is elder daughter of HRH Princess Anna of Georgia.
Princess Mariam is the second daughter of HRH Princess Anna of Georgia.
Prince Giorgi is the son of HRH Princess Anna of Georgia.
